Thursday, March 27
Thursday afternoon we met up with a class who performed a
very old legend of SLP involving witchcraft, executioners, ladies of the night
and the police. They dressed
accordingly. Two of the participants met
us in the cafeteria to direct us to the auditorium. When they walked in we were a bit tongue tied
(not knowing they were part of an act which we were about to see). Here was someone “in drag”, if you will,
accompanied by another quite handsome guy who looked like a model from
Esquire. Of course Philip again had to
clown and hold the “woman”’s hand outside while I laughed so hard I could
hardly take the picture.
